BANTERBURY CHAMPIONS LEAGUE QUALIFICATION 2019/20

with 32 teams taking part and our premium competition, and definitely the JEWEL in our CROWN, 8 groups with the cream of the crop from the first half of the FPL season, battle it out in a Champions League like format  to try and reach the final on the in on the last day of the season, and be truly become the worlds best H2H Manager

This is how qualification will be achieved

Premier – Top 8 at Christmas Qualify

Championship – Top 8 at Christmas Qualify

League 1 – Top 5 at Christmas Qualify

League 2 – Top 4 at Christmas Qualify

Conference  – Top 2  at Christmas Qualify

 
National League A – Top 2  at Christmas Qualify

 
National League B – Top 2  at Christmas Qualify

Last years winner (Alistair Blackburn’s All The Young Dudes) will also qualify. If he is one of the above, the Extra slot will go to this persons league – this year is the championship.

Group Stages

There will be 8 groups of 4, with each team playing each other twice, with the top 2 in each league qualifying for the Knock-out stages.

Draw for Group Stage

There will be four Pots, Pot A, B, C & D, with one team from each pot entering a group each

Pot A  : The top 4 in the Premier, Last years winner and T3 in the championship (T4 If last years winner is in the T3)

Pot B : 5-8 ranked teams in the Premier and T5-8 in the Championship (T4-7 If last years winner isn’t in the T8)

Pot C and D : will be made up of everyone else.

Knock-out Stages : The top 2 in each group will qualify for the knockout stages everyone else will be knocked out.

Quarter Finals – will be played over 2 legs

Semi Finals – will be played over 2 legs

Final – with be a one of game to be played last game-week of the season

League 1 – Top 6-10 at Christmas Qualify (T7-11 if last years winner

League 2 – Top 5-8 at Christmas Qualify

Conference  – Top 3-4  at Christmas Qualify

 
National League A – Top 3-4  at Christmas Qualify

 
National League B – Top 3-4  at Christmas Qualify
