So i give to you this year Help For Heroes Cup, and why its important for those in the Qualification Leagues to get off to a good start.

Round 1 Game-week 5, 40 Teams ( top 10 from each Q League after GW 4 enter a open draw,  on a date to be confirmed )

Round 2 Game-week 8, 64 Teams ( 20 winners from Round 1, all League 1 & 2 also Bottom 6 from Championship after GW 4 )

Round 3 Game-week 10, 64 Teams ( 32 winners from Round 2, 13 from Championship & 19 from Premier League

Round 4 Game-week 15 , 32 Teams

Round 5 Game-week 20, 16 Teams

Quarter Finals Game-week 25, 8 Teams

Semi-Finals, Game-week 30, 4 Teams

Final, Game-week 35, 2 Teams
